Refund policy

Returns (EU Customers)

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at starboycouture@gmail.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns must be shipped to the provided return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases, except when the item is defective, damaged, or if a wrong item was sent due to a fulfillment error on our side (for example: incorrect product or size shipped by us).

This does not apply to cases such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or preference-related returns.

Shipping Costs (Original Order)

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will only be issued for returned items that meet the eligibility conditions stated above.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will cover return shipping costs only if the item received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our side (for example: wrong item or incorrect size sent by us).

This does not include cases such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or preference-related returns.
